I build social connections with someone in precarious circumstances, elderly, or with a disability

Mission description

Volunteers make home visits to create connections and combat isolation, organize or participate in events (courtesy visits, social gatherings, outings, performances). Working closely with people and listening to their needs, volunteers can help evaluate needs, develop care plans, and follow up with beneficiaries. Connections can be remote or in person with elderly individuals, those with disabilities, or in precarious situations experiencing loneliness.
