The Educational Mutual Aid Association (E.S.A) proposes that students, professionals, and retirees voluntarily accompany on a weekly basis students whose parents cannot help or afford help. This includes individualized child support (confidence building, methodology, guidance), opening the child to their surroundings, and helping parents facilitate their involvement in their child's education. This mission specifically concerns children in cycle 2 of schooling (grades 1-3). Volunteers are supported by a tutor and trained by E.S.A.
