Mission description

EGEE volunteers, called advisors, are driven by passion for sharing experience and knowledge with younger generations. They guide job seekers in their search strategy and train them through mock interviews and pitches. We seek recently retired people ready for this adventure. New EGEE advisors are mentored by experienced colleagues and work in pairs. Internal training keeps knowledge and methodology current. Monthly meetings allow advisors to discuss challenges.
