Mission description

Working in pairs, you provide both moral and practical support to people who are more or less distant from employment. Within the solidarity group, you participate in monthly meetings with all volunteers for mutual support, sharing, and social connection. Through the regional and national network, you benefit from training programs, seminars, and inter-group meetings. This organization provides each volunteer with essential training to offer methodical support to job seekers in pairs, ensuring quality mentoring, helping them regain confidence, and defining their professional goals.
