I visit isolated elderly people at home (Neuville-de-Poitou)

Mission description

Our mission recreates social connections between elderly people and the broader population, encourages their expression and social/cultural engagement, and helps slow loss of independence. We coordinate friendly home visits in Neuville-de-Poitou. Visits occur weekly, biweekly, or monthly based on preferences. Activities include conversations, walks, board games, cooking, crafts, and cultural outings. We ensure regular follow-up of visitor-resident pairs and organize regular meetings with network volunteers.
