Many refugees and asylum seekers left their countries without their diplomas and cannot return to request them from their embassies due to their status. The European Qualifications Passport for Refugees is a standardized document created through a Council of Europe project. It explains the qualifications a refugee likely possesses based on available evidence. Due to the number of people requesting integration support, the RES association contacted the Council of Europe and the ENIC-NARIC center.
