Cravate Solidaire promotes employment insertion and fights discrimination. It operates by donating professional outfits and teaching professional codes to rebuild beneficiaries' self-esteem and help them succeed in job interviews. Volunteers help beneficiaries select appropriate clothing for interviews that makes them feel confident and suits the position and sector they're seeking. The goal is to restore their confidence. You don't need to be a fashion expert, just have the right attitude!
