The Arts & Métiers Foundation and partner associations mobilize for the 'One Young Person, One Mentor' project to prevent school dropout from 8th grade. Mentoring guides young people from 8th to 9th grade, helping them understand their skills, build confidence, become autonomous, and strengthen school motivation. The mission begins April 2024. You'll develop listening and teaching skills and exercise soft skills like emotional intelligence, flexibility, and open-mindedness.
