Fondation Arts et MétiersMission description
The Arts & Métiers Foundation, along with Arts & Métiers Alumni, IESF, Femmes Ingénieures, and Métiers Projects associations, are mobilizing for the 'One Youth, One Mentor' project to prevent school dropout from 8th grade onwards. The mentoring program aims to guide young people from 8th to 9th grade, help them recognize their strengths, build confidence, and develop independence to strengthen their motivation. The program starts in April 2024. You'll develop listening and teaching skills, and practice soft skills such as emotional intelligence, flexibility, and open-mindedness.
