As part of an animation team for a specific age group (8-11, 11-14, or 14-17 years old), you ensure quality activities and supervision for the young people in your care. Your responsibilities include implementing educational projects, organizing activities (games, campfires, nature, crafts, sports), managing daily life, communicating with families, and monitoring each child's progress. Becoming a scout leader means experiencing meaningful human adventure, developing recognized management and teaching skills, and investing in an educational project with real purpose. The commitment spans the school year at a rate of one day or more per week.
