Welcome people in difficult situations, establish relationships based on listening, take time to understand the person or family's situation holistically, and guide them using existing support systems. Provide fraternal long-term support to guide people toward integration. Public reception occurs Tuesday afternoons requiring minimum weekly presence. Desired availability: attendance before, during, and after office hours; participation in departmental meetings; participation in team life.
