Welcome vulnerable people, establish listening-based relationships, understand situations holistically, and guide them using existing services. Offer long-term fraternal support. Minimum one day per week required, including time before, during, and after meetings, departmental gatherings, and team debriefings. Essential qualities: strong listening and interpersonal skills.
