The 'ALLO PRÉVENTION EXPULSION' hotline of the Foundation for Housing the Disadvantaged responds to calls from people threatened with eviction due to unpaid rent or other causes. Training is provided in eviction prevention, with regular meetings and support from legal experts. Main duties include answering phones, listening without judgment, motivating callers to engage in solving their housing issues, and providing appropriate referrals.
