Fondation pour le Logement des Défavorisés

Founded in 1987 and recognized as being in the public interest on February 11, 1992, the Foundation for Housing the Underprivileged (formerly the Abbé Pierre Foundation) is a member of the Trusted Giving Charter Committee. It works to enable all disadvantaged people to access decent housing and a dignified life. The Foundation fights so that everyone can have a roof over their heads to live with dignity, by welcoming and directing people in difficulty unconditionally, by standing against all forms of injustice and discrimination in housing, by participating in public debate, and by tirelessly reminding those who govern us of their responsibilities in legislative, economic and social matters.
