La Cravate Solidaire helps job seekers overcome discrimination through professional clothing donations and teaching workplace codes to rebuild their confidence. We organize 2-hour individual coaching sessions called "Ateliers Coup de Pouce." Bring your HR expertise and knowledge of verbal and non-verbal workplace codes to serve others with flexible availability. Mentor at least 3 beneficiaries per session and prepare them with mock interviews.
