The Arts & Métiers Foundation and partner organizations are launching a "One Young Person, One Mentor" program to prevent school dropout starting in 8th grade. As a mentor, you'll guide young people through their educational orientation, help them recognize their strengths, build confidence, and develop autonomy. You'll develop listening, pedagogy, and leadership skills while practicing soft skills like emotional intelligence and flexibility.
