Mission description

The mission involves preparing and leading activities and daily life. Activities encourage young people to reflect on democratic, inclusive, collective and social themes. Values, commitment, autonomy, friendliness and community living are central. Methods include learning through play (active pedagogy), time in nature, democratic decision-making and personal development. Volunteers start with a non-binding trial weekend. No prior experience needed—experienced staff provide the framework. If interested, volunteers are integrated into activity teams.
