Accompany families or individuals who are tenants after homelessness, helping them learn to live independently from neighborhood discovery to preparing move-out inspections. Meet regularly with the family and coordinate with their social worker. Participate in local solidarity group meetings and occasional volunteer projects preparing neighborhood housing.
