Mission description

As part of the coordinating team, you will contribute to organizing a sports event from conception to the big day. Within our family club, you'll have the opportunity to grow and feel truly useful! Many possibilities are available including secretarial work, organizing meetings, project tracking, and more. Long-term event organization involves many possible tasks in varied fields: Communication - managing social media and on-site communication with partners, creating event posters or press kits; Logistics - preparing the venue for public and participant reception.
