Mission description

To recruit and retain volunteers with the right skills for our missions, we're looking for an Assistant for Volunteer Resources at Restos du Cœur Blois. You don't need to be an HR specialist, but good listening and communication skills are essential! At Restos, we use first names. Responsibilities include: recruiting candidates, welcoming and supporting new volunteers (including interns and civil service volunteers), and managing applications in our internal system. We'll provide training. You'll help build and motivate teams around our mission, manage applications, and ensure good integration across departments.
