La Cravate Solidaire Lyon supports people seeking or returning to work who have or will soon have a job interview through workshops called Coup de Pouce! These workshops involve four steps: welcoming, image coaching to find the ideal interview outfit in our solidarity clothing exchange, HR coaching with interview simulation and non-verbal communication training, and CV photos. We're looking for volunteer HR coaches to help candidates regain confidence before their interviews.
