I mentor a young job seeker in Paris (50+ only)

Mission description

If you're over 50 and want to share your professional experience while participating in a meaningful civic project, become a mentor. DUO for a JOB connects young immigrants with people over 50 to guide their job search. The pair meets 2 hours weekly for 6 months, handling necessary employment integration steps from defining goals to CV writing. Mentors receive initial training (in-person or online), follow-up, advice, and peer video conferences throughout the program.
