Our core activity is the Coup de Pouce workshop, which rebuilds candidates' self-esteem and helps them master workplace codes. This personalized 2-hour workshop includes a complete outfit donation, professional photo session, and mock interview—where you intervene as an 'HR Coach.' La Cravate Solidaire Troyes is a general interest association fighting employment discrimination, particularly based on appearance. Since 2021, it has supported people in job transition to achieve their professional goals.
