Organize social activities and intercultural workshops with young people and in schools. Organize home visits with potential host families to ensure fit. Follow up with families and youth after arrival in France, ensuring monthly contact and providing support when needed. Ensure young people adapt well at school, enable intercultural encounters, lead pre-departure workshops, and help arrange hosting situations.
