I mentor young people online in their job search
WeTechCare (Le Déclic)Mission description
Finding your first job isn't easy, especially when you have no one to advise you. On Le Déclic, young people contact us for support with applications (resume, cover letter, interview prep, job search techniques, etc.). As a mentor, you guide one young person whenever and however you wish through our platform. After identifying areas where you can help, you build an action plan together and track their job search progress. A typical mentorship lasts three months at about 3 hours per month. We currently support young people from Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Nouvelle-Aquitaine regions.
