A C'Possible mentor's role is to support a high school student at risk of dropping out, build a trusting relationship, and engage in dialogue to realistically identify a future career. C'Possible mentoring is a relationship of support, guidance, and exchange between a volunteer from the professional world trained in mentoring and a student lacking direction, to promote their social and professional integration. You'll be supported in the field by a mentor, with good practice exchanges and training offered. Focus on school perseverance, professional skills, and expanding possibilities. At the heart of mentor-mentee exchanges: finding internships, developing professional presentation skills, etc.
