Mission description

ARTELOGIA seeks young professionals interested in learning artist management, production, project development, and cultural economics firsthand. Work alongside experienced artists and participate in real project development including partner research, opportunity identification, contact follow-up, and project promotion. The role bridges the worlds of artists and entrepreneurs, emphasizing creativity in both fields.

ARTELOGIA is a European Political Question. Artistic Mission. Economic Solution. ARTELOGIA conçoit des solutions économiques créatives pour permettre à l’art exigeant de continuer, de se développer et de circuler. La transmission fait partie de ce travail. Nous mettons en relation des artistes expérimentés, des entrepreneurs ou des startups, et de jeunes professionnels qui commencent leur parcours dans le management, la production ou le développement de projets. L’idée est simple : placer un jeune manager entre deux mondes professionnels — celui de l’artiste et celui de l’entrepreneur. L’art et l’entrepreneuriat ont un point commun évident : la créativité. En travaillant avec les deux, il apprend à comprendre une pratique artistique, à accompagner un artiste sans simplifier son travail, mais aussi à penser budget, stratégie, développement, partenaires, production et circulation. On forme un manager européen. Pas seulement quelqu’un qui sait gérer un artiste ou un projet. Quelqu’un qui apprend à travailler entre l’art, l’économie, l’entrepreneuriat et les institutions. Ce manager pourra ensuite travailler dans la culture, le cinéma, l’entreprise ou les institutions — et, avec le temps, participer aux décisions qui façonnent l’Europe. Parce que l’un des enjeux majeurs de l’Europe sera son capital humain : sa capacité à former des personnes capables de comprendre plusieurs mondes à la fois, de créer des liens entre eux et de prendre des responsabilités.
