If you're over 17 and want to build a better world with young people through projects, camping, games, and campfire activities, there are no prerequisites to become a scout leader. We can even help with BAFA training. As a team member, you'll provide quality activities and supervision for the young people in your care, helping them grow into happy, fulfilled, and peaceful adults. This requires a few weekends per year, some evenings for monthly meetings, 8 days of annual training (BAFA), and 1-2 weeks of summer camp.
