I support people affected by end-of-life care or illness

Mission description

While end-of-life care or illness can be isolating, our volunteers provide support that improves quality of life for those affected and their loved ones. This creates meaningful moments of sharing, comfort, and social connection. The role involves regular, sustained engagement working in hospitals, care homes, or at home alongside healthcare professionals. You commit to a minimum of 2 hours weekly (flexible scheduling: daytime, evenings, or weekends) as part of a structured, welcoming volunteer team with quality training.
