Create connection remotely or in person with an elderly person or person with a disability who is experiencing loneliness or isolation. This takes the form of simple phone conversations or home visits. The frequency of visits or calls is freely defined by you and the person involved. The goal is to promote autonomy and development through evolving objectives adapted to their specific needs.
