La Cravate Solidaire aims to promote job insertion for unemployed people by fighting discrimination. The organization provides professional clothing and teaches workplace etiquette to boost beneficiaries' self-esteem. Volunteers provide 2-hour individual coaching sessions called "Ateliers Coup de Pouce." Use your fashion knowledge and understanding of workplace dress codes and communication to help job candidates succeed at interviews in a flexible commitment adapted to your availability.
