La Cravate Solidaire promotes employment integration for job seekers by fighting discrimination. The organization provides professional clothing and teaches workplace codes to rebuild beneficiaries' self-esteem. Volunteers provide 2-hour individual coaching called 'Ateliers Coup de Pouce' (Quick Fix Workshops). Put your HR expertise and knowledge of verbal and non-verbal workplace codes to use helping others in a flexible commitment. Help job seekers succeed in interviews and support employment in your area.
