If you're over 17 and want to build a better world with young people through projects, camping, outdoor adventures, and social events, there's no prerequisite to become a scout leader! We can even help with BAFA training. As a team member, your mission is to provide quality supervision and leadership to ensure the young people in your care thrive and become happy, fulfilled adults who contribute to peace. Commitment involves a few weekends per year, some weekday evenings, 8 days of training annually, and 1-2 weeks of summer camp.
