Present a trip or cultural or historical topic in a retirement home, hospital, or community center. Give isolated, vulnerable, ill audiences, or those in difficult neighborhoods the chance to travel. Create social connection with those without regular access to cultural activities. Great freedom in choosing your theme and approach. The volunteer chooses their subject and presents it with a slideshow, and can also offer local food tastings. Be comfortable speaking to audiences and discussing your chosen subject. This is particularly suited to retired people.
