Young business leaders need to develop a new skill: running a business and learning their role as an entrepreneur. Mentoring allows young entrepreneurs to exchange with experienced business owners and helps set priorities. The mentor shares their leadership experience and provides networking connections. A mentor is not a trainer or expert, but brings testimony and listening. Using their experience, they help young entrepreneurs strengthen their thinking, decision-making, and develop their talents.
