Mission description

With animator and volunteer coordinator support, the team manages volunteer recruitment across the territory, coordinates volunteering staff across 10 delegation territories, and organizes welcoming, mentoring, and monitoring volunteers. If you want to help create team dynamics for better field action, this mission suits you. Tasks include reporting team needs, presenting Secours Catholique's project, welcoming and integrating new volunteers with the delegation and animators, and orienting and supporting people in local teams, services, territories, or new projects.
