La Cravate Solidaire Rouen supports people seeking job insertion or reinsertion who have or will soon have job interviews through our Coup de Pouce workshops. The workshops have 4 stages: welcome, image coaching to find the ideal outfit from our solidarity wardrobe, HR coaching with interview simulation and communication techniques, and professional photo. We are looking for volunteer HR coaches with strong experience in management or HR to help candidates regain confidence before their job interviews.
