As a leadership team member of the youth unit, ensure quality animation and supervision for young people. Implement an educational project, organize activities (games, campfires, outdoor, crafts, sports, spiritual), oversee daily life, communicate with families, and monitor individual progress. Activities occur in half-days (typically Saturday afternoons), full days, or weekends. A 2-3 week summer camp is organized during vacation. Attendance is flexible rather than mandatory at every meeting.
