Promote autonomy and development of the person you support by establishing evolving objectives adapted to their specific needs. Create connection remotely or in person with an elderly person, someone with a disability or in precarity suffering from loneliness and isolation. This can take the form of phone conversations, discussions over tea or coffee, shared moments through board games or walks, or any other shared interests you determine together. Visit frequency is freely defined by you and the person.
