I maintain social connection with isolated and vulnerable people

Mission description

Through a telephone reception, listening, and services platform, you will help vulnerable people suffering from isolation (seniors, people with disabilities, people with serious illnesses) by listening, reassuring them, and maintaining social connection during phone calls. When appropriate, friendly visits can be arranged. If a volunteer identifies a complex situation with social or independence concerns, a connection will be made with appropriate social services.
