I process reports of bike-related problems reported by users in the field

Mission description

These reports concern failing infrastructure or less critical requests (signage, repainting, damage, etc.). Tasks include: sorting requests online within the program framework, processing requests within reasonable timeframes before transmission to Bordeaux Métropole technical services, sharing vision on cases before decisions, and tracking intervention completion. Contribute to cyclist safety and peace of mind across all journeys (work, shopping, leisure) by being their liaison with public authorities.
