As a leadership team member, your mission is to ensure quality activities and supervision for the young people in your care. Your mission includes implementing educational projects, organizing educational activities like games, nature outings, sports or spiritual activities, supporting daily life, communicating with families, and monitoring each child's progress. Scouting allows our youth leaders and scouts to flourish. Our group financially supports various trainings including BAFA certification.
