Serve as the primary reference for children in your unit (Cub Scouts ages 8-11, Scouts ages 11-14, or Pioneers ages 14-17). Lead activities, manage daily life, implement age-appropriate scouting pedagogy, and support other adults. Minimum age 17, with BAFA certification or willingness to train (BAFA/BAFD funding available). Availability includes at least one Saturday or evening per week.
