ARS95 works in several areas of social action: fighting poverty and exclusion, ensuring access to rights, housing, employment integration, supporting parenthood, and accompanying people leaving delinquency. As a volunteer, you will support RSA benefit recipients by coaching, guiding, and encouraging them in their job search, sharing your professional experience and advice. You will work as part of a team with social workers. No particular skills are required, only listening skills and kindness. Training will be provided over one day on the intervention method.
