I welcome candidates and guide them based on their skills and wishes through a friendly conversation—I understand their motivations, requests, and skills, present them with varied missions, determine the best fit together, connect them with chosen associations, and follow up on placements. This is part of ASSOCIATISSE's mission: promoting and facilitating volunteering in local associative life. Help us encourage volunteering and engage with all solidarity causes, not just one!

Nous mettons en relation le public en recherche de bénévolat avec les associations locales en demande. Prêt à vous engager ? Discutons de vos envies et trouvons ensemble la mission bénévole qui vous correspond. ASSOCIATISSE est un centre de ressources pour les bénévoles et les associations du Territoire, point INFORMATION du réseau GUID'ASSO. Notre vocation est de développer, animer, promouvoir le bénévolat & la vie associative locale. En direction des bénévoles ou futurs bénévoles nous assurons : - L’accueil, le conseil, l’orientation lors de permanences hebdomadaires. - La mise en relation avec les associations en recherche de bénévoles - Des ateliers de formation en relation avec les besoins des associations. En direction des associations nous assurons : - L’accueil, le conseil, l’orientation, (assos adhérentes ou non), sur toutes problématiques associatives : création, gestion associative, questions statutaires, gouvernance, organisation, emploi... - La dynamisation de la vie associative par des animations mensuelles à la Maison des associations (Cafés débat & Parole Aux Bénévoles). - Le recrutement de bénévoles. - La diffusion d’information (sur notre site internet & page Facebook). - Un appui comptable. - La formation des bénévoles de base, responsables associatifs ou salariés lors d’ateliers à la demande.
