This mentoring mission aims to foster autonomy and development of the person being supported by setting progressive objectives adapted to their specific needs. By mentoring, you use your experience, expertise and network to help a young person seeking direction and values draw a better future. With kindness, listening and advice, create a space for free, non-judgmental conversation to help them build confidence in their abilities and find their place in society. Your role includes: providing methodological help in their studies.
