Mission description

Help young people envision their future and build confidence in themselves. As a volunteer on ExplorJob, you share your professional experience to help people construct their career path. You'll be contacted occasionally by Explorers (middle school students, high school students, out-of-school youth, job seekers, or those in career transition) who want to learn about your profession. During a one-hour interview (in person, by phone, or video) at your convenience, you answer their questions. You explain your career path, your responsibilities, why you love your work, and its challenges.
