Welcome people in difficult situations and establish trust-based relationships by taking time to understand their overall situation, then guide and support them using existing resources. Provide fraternal support over time. Public reception occurs Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings, requiring at least one day per week minimum. Availability needed includes presence before, during, and after sessions, participation in departmental meetings, and team debriefing times.
