I help people in professional reinsertion access employment - HR

Mission description

In a mobile truck, I support job seekers in their professional integration by combating discrimination. With the Cravate Solidaire Mobile, I spend half a day coaching five candidates to prepare for job interviews by providing professional clothing and teaching them business etiquette. As an HR coach volunteer, I conduct mock interviews with kindness to boost candidates' confidence.
