Mission description

By registering on ExplorJob, you share your professional experience to help people build their career direction. You are contacted occasionally by Explorers (middle and high school students, young people out of school, job seekers, or career changers) interested in learning about your profession. In a one-hour interview (in person, by phone, or video) at your convenience, you answer questions about your path, responsibilities, what you enjoy about your job, and its challenges. You help them gain realistic insight into your career.
